I can say I practice what I preach in terms of health

and lifestyle. I live in the Swiss Alps, take no

medication, eat a Mediterranean-style diet,

don't smoke, walk and hike, bike, have 

the occasional glass of red wine, and believe in

the power of family, friends, and spirituality!
